This is an Employment Agreement ("Agreement") by and between the Board of Education of the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District, located in Lake County, Ohio, ("Board"), and Dr. Patrick Ward, a person qualified by training, experience, and certification/licensure to occupy the position of Superintendent in an Ohio public school district ("Superintendent" or “Ward”), pursuant to authority contained in a resolution of the Board duly adopted on April 10, 2023, in accordance with the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Section 3319.01.
