day of 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Washington, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation and Washington Area Community Center, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation doing business as Five Points Washington (“WACC”), for the purposes and on the terms and conditions described below. The City and WACC are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
