This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) amends and forms part of the Agreement by and between Vendor and O.C. Tanner. By performing the Services, Vendor agrees to be bound by the terms of this DPA. This DPA sets forth the obligations of the Vendor with respect to the Processing of Personal Data on behalf of O.C. Tanner. O.C. Tanner and Vendor are collectively referred to in this DPA as the “Parties”.
