This Agreement sets out the process by which Canada and the “Maa-nulth First Nations of the Pacific Rim” (as defined below) will cooperate in the planning and management of the parts of the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve that are within the Maa-nulth Area (the “Pacific Rim Area”).
