This Agreement for Professional Services (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of Buda 4B Corporation, a Texas non-profit 4B economic development corporation, also known as the Buda Economic Development Corporation (“Client”) and The Retail Coach, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company (“Professional”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), acting by and through their authorized representatives.
