EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT NORFOLK PUBLIC SCHOOLS / NURSES 2016-2018Employment Agreement • December 19th, 2015 • Nebraska
This agreement is made and entered into between the Board of Education of Madison County School District #2 aka ( Norfolk Public Schools) and the Certificated School Nurses. This agreement shall be effective as of August 1, 2016 and shall continue in effect until July 31, 2018 (the school years 2016-2017 & 2017-2018). If a new and substitute contract has not been duly entered into prior to July 31, 2018, the terms of this contract shall continue in full force and effect until such substitute contract is adopted, which shall then be fully retroactive to August 1, 2018. (Payroll, benefits, and other agreement changes will become effective with the start of a new school year specified on the official school calendar and with the September pay period annually.)
