The following agreement sets forth the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that govern your participation in the Aven Rewards Program (“Program”). These Terms are an agreement between an Aven Card cardholder and the cardholder’s authorized user(s) (“you”) and Aven Financial, Inc. d/b/a Aven (“we” or “us”). By using your Aven Card and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
