Whitechapel Holdings and Almadula Farms-Runnymede will provide standard contract farming services for Medical Grade Cannabis. New expansion greenhouse space is priced at $200k USD per 1,000 sq ft. Investors will receive 50% of the net revenue of each Cannabis harvest for 5-year terms with 15 harvests minimum. At the conclusion of the five-year harvest farming production contract, the investor may request either a full return of capital or DKSC stock at market value. Also, as “The Company” will additionally issue a warrant valued at 10¢ (ten cents) per share, the investor may alternatively choose to exercise that warrant anytime up to 2 years from the date the investment period has concluded as agreed by all parties herein.
