ADMISSION AGREEMENTAdmission Agreement • May 4th, 2021
Children will be accepted if they are between the ages of 2 years and 6 years, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry. Any special instructions (allergies etc.) for the care of any child must be given in writing to the director. We reserve the right to dismiss a child if after entering; he/she seems unprepared on the group experiences or is unable to adjust properly. All children accepted are required to have a complete set of enrollment forms filled out and kept on file at The San Clemente Preschool.
