In an effort to create a favorable environment for teaching, learning and living, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of School of Humanities and the international students, Party A and Party B hereby enter into the housing contract pursuant to the pertinent laws, rules and regulations, including Handbook for International Students(Chinese Language Learners), Student Accommodation Regulatory Rules at SJTU and International Student Accommodation Regulatory Rules at SJTU. Party A and Party B have reached an agreement through friendly consultation to conclude the following house-leasing contract.
