This is a legal and binding document with financial obligation for the entire 2024 – 2025 academic year (consisting of the fall and spring semesters) or the portion of the academic year remaining after the resident moves into the residence facility (the “Term”). Failure to honor the terms and conditions listed below or cancellation outside of the terms defined, could result in loss of housing privileges without refund and/or additional cancellation penalties.
