It is recommended that the Marin County Board of Supervisors authorize the Land Conservation Contract for 17990 Shoreline Highway, (Assessor’s Parcel 106-220-20) Marshall because it is consistent with Marin County Board of Supervisors Resolution 2000-135 for agricultural use. The contract will be effective January 1, 2021 for a 10- year term for the agricultural use on the property.
