The following terms and conditions shall be incorporated in the Quotation overleaf (collectively “this Agreement”) whereby EZU Rentals Limited (“EZU”) agrees to lease the goods described overleaf together with any part, replacement, renewal, attachment and accessory attached thereto and any manual and handbook in relation thereto (the “Equipment”) to the Customer and the Customer agrees to take the Equipment on lease for the Lease Term (defined below) and at the Rentals (defined below). In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Quotation and these terms and conditions, the Quotation shall prevail.
