This Contract made and entered into this 6th day of April, 2004 between the Owner, County of Wake, and the Testing and Inspection Consultant, MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc. whose address is 3301 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh NC, for the Hammond Road Detention Center - Phase 1B, hereinafter referred to as the Project. The Project is clearly described in the plans and specifications dated December 19, 2003, including addenda one (1) and two (2), prepared by O'Brien/Atkins Associates, PA which have been reviewed by the Testing and Inspection Consultant.
