The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is to enter into a fiscal agent relationship between the Southern San Joaquin Valley Cal-SOAP Consortium (A consortium established as provided in Education Code Section 69561) (“Consortium”) and Kern Community College District (A California Community College District), on behalf of Bakersfield College (“Fiscal Agent” or “KCCD”) effective July 1, 2020, in accordance with the guidelines of the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC).
