In this Agreement, the party who is supplying the initial setup facilities shall be referred to as “ USSVI 2016 Convention” and the party who is requesting these facilities shall be referred to as “Vendor”. In Addition, the hosting facility is the Grand Sierra Resort (GSR), 2500 E. 2nd Street, Reno, NV 89595, Phone: 1-775-789-2000. The Grand Sierra Resort shall be referred to as “GSR”.
