In any event, NT-ware may, in its sole discretion, modify or update this Agreement from time to time, so you should review this page which you can find at https://<your_vanity_domain_prefix>.jp.uniflowonline.com periodically. You will be given at least 1 month notice of any changes that affect your rights, obligations or the Services; changes are not retroactive they apply only to new orders, services that do not expire and renewals. You accept the changes by placing new orders or continuing use after the change effective date or allowing transactions to renew after receipt of the change notice.
