Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (“DISTRICT”) grants a site license to the Foundation for California Community Colleges, a California nonprofit 501 (c)(3) corporation, (the “FOUNDATION”) for the use of Las Positas College (“COLLEGE”) facilities in support of the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Automotive Repair’s (“BAR”) Smog Check Referee and Student Technician Training Program.
