WHEREAS, in response to the 2020 Request for Proposals for Combined-Cycle Gas Turbine Capacity and Energy Resources for Entergy Texas, Inc. , dated , 2020 (as amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified, the “RFP”), Bidder is submitting and delivering to Entergy Services, LLC (“ESL”) (i) one or more Proposals (defined below) to ESL and (ii) this Agreement; and
