As the tenant I agree that the cart shed will be used for the storage of my golf cart and golf clubs. Any modifications and upgrades to the shed must be approved by course manager. Any modifications will become property of Riverview Golf Course. As the tenant I will comply with all rules and regulations of the golf course and will not perform any illegal acts out of my shed. Any illegal activity will cancel the lease without refund. As the tenant I am responsible for the insurance of any property in the cart shed and will not hold the golf course liable in any way.
