These Service Specific Terms are incorporated into the Schlumberger Agora Terms and Conditions entered into with Customer (the “Agreement”) where applicable. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between these Service Specific Terms and the Agreement, these Service Specific Terms will prevail. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
