SUA-22-07 Prior Council Action/Related Items: SUA Pole Attachment Agreement Resolution ROW Occupancy Agreement with BluePeak Background / Issue: • September 13, 2021 Council approved a ROW occupancy agreement with BluePeak Broadband.• As BluePeak moves forward with their broadband project, they will be placing fiber optic cable on City utility poles.• A Pole Attachment Licensing Agreement is needed.• This is the third of several agreements related to this project. Proposal/Solution: Authorize and execute Blue Peak Pole Attachment Licensing Agreement #3. Financial Impact/Funding Source(s): Each agreement will generate annual revenue in the amountof $20 per pole.
