executed and delivered by and between Canadian Independent School District (the ”District”), with its central administrative office located in Hemphill County, Texas (“County”), a lawfully created independent school district of the State of Texas operating under and subject to the Texas Education Code (“TEC”), and Miami Wind I, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, (“Applicant”) and relates to a limitation of the Appraised Value of property for the District’s maintenance and operation taxes pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code (the “Code”). The District and Applicant are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.”

The District and Applicant are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.”
