This document serves as a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered into as of _________________________, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between MONTGOMERY COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS, a system of public schools operated by the Board of Education of Montgomery County (collectively referred to as “MCPS”) and PROVIDER NAME, which is duly authorized to conduct business in the state of Maryland (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), each referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” In collaboration with MCPS, the Provider agrees to implement PROGRAM NAME/ SERVICE, as set forth below.
