This Contract for Professional Services by an Independent Contractor (the “Contract”) is entered into by and between Douglas County, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“County”), and Derrick M. Lopez (“Contractor”). The County and Contractor are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” or individually as the “Party.”
