This Contract (hereinafter, “Contract”) is entered into on and as of April 20, 2017 by and between the CITY OF MANASSAS, a municipal corporation of the Commonwealth of Virginia (hereinafter, “City”), and Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, LLP (hereinafter “Contractor”), for Services together with related or incidental Goods and/or Insurance identified herein, on the following terms and conditions.
