This Token Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between CAREBIG FOUNDATION LTD., a foundation formed under the laws of Singapore (the “Foundation”), and you, the individual or entity purchasing the Tokens (defined below) (the “Purchaser” or “you”) laying out the terms and conditions of Purchaser’s purchase and use of the Tokens (as defined below).
