This Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between TTEC Digital, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of TTEC Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“TTEC Parent”), and Steven C. Pollema ("Employee" or “Pollema”), each a “Party” and together the “Parties.” This Employment Agreement is executed to be effective as of January 1, 2019 (“Effective Date”).

This Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between TTEC Services Corporation, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“TSC” or the “Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of TTEC Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“TTEC Parent”), and Martin F. DeGhetto ("Employee" or “DeGhetto”), each a “Party” and together the “Parties.” The Amended and Restated Agreement is executed to be effective as of May 1, 2018 (“Effective Date”).
