APPLICATION AND PROCEDURES FOR ADVANCES. The Grower‐Customer (hereby known as ‘Borrower’) may request Advances on their AgroLiquid Finance loan and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in the AgroLiquid Finance Loan Agreement and by the Statement of Account issued with respect to each such Advance. Unless otherwise agreed to by AgroLiquid, each Advance shall be applied directly to open billings on input transactions with the AgroLiquid Representative listed below.
