This offer takes into account the Single Bargaining Unit (SBU) made up of: the Electrical Trades Union (ETU), Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union (AMWU), Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU) and Professionals Australia (PA) bargaining issues and claims, as well as matters raised by the self-nominated bargaining representative. This offer reflects the progress made during the negotiation meetings to date.
