These General Terms of Use (“Agreement”) are between iWellness Center, L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company (“iWellness”) and the customer, organization, or party (“Customer”) identified on the order form and documentation between the parties (“Order Form”). This Agreement applies to, and governs Customer’s use of and access to, iWellness’s Licensed Software, as defined herein.
