This Subscription Agreement is made and entered into as of the Effective Date, between TORTUS AI LTD (“TORTUS”) and the Subscriber listed above. This Agreement is subject to the TORTUS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as updated from time to time and available at osler.tortus.ai. The Order Form and the Terms constitute a binding agreement between Subscriber and TORTUS (the “Agreement”).The Agreement sets forth the terms pursuant to which Subscriber will be permitted to use the TORTUS Services.
