This Class Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Plaintiff Jacob Atkinson (“Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined in Paragraph 2, below), on the one hand, and Defendant Burberry Limited (“Defendant”), on the other hand, in Atkinson v. Burberry Limited, a foreign corporation doing business as Burberry; and Does 1 through 20, King County Superior Court Case No. 23-2-19460-8 SEA (the “Action”). This Settlement Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions hereof and the approval of the Court. For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, Plaintiff and Defendant are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
