Box 1591, Pensacola, Florida 32597; and COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE INVESTMENTS, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation (FEI/EIN Number 59-1586520), hereinafter referred to as ("Agency"), whose principal address is 302 N. Barcelona Street, Pensacola, FL 32501 for the sole purpose of providing State Housing Initiatives Partnership (“SHIP”) Program funds (CSFA #40.901) to finance SHIP eligible housing counseling activities (“Project”) in Escambia County.
