Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited and Quam Securities Company Limited (the "Special Selling Agents") understand that Tethys Petroleum Limited (the "Company") proposes to issue and sell a minimum of 20,672,000 Ordinary Shares (as defined below) and a maximum of 51,680,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Offered Shares" or the "Shares"). The Offered Shares will be sold at the purchase price of US$0.387 per Offered Share ("Offer Price"), for aggregate minimum gross proceeds of US$8,000,064 and aggregate maximum gross proceeds of US$20,000,160, provided that Offered Shares may be purchased by the subscribers therefor at a purchase price of CDN$0.425 per Offered Share.
