THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (hereinafter referred to as "MOU") is made and entered into by the Fort Worth Independent School District, a political subdivision of the state of Texas and a legally constituted independent school district, (hereinafter referred to as "FWISD" or “District”) and the University of North Texas, an institution of higher education of the state of Texas, on behalf of its College of Education (hereinafter referred to as “University” or “UNT”). The District and University may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
