Landlord and Tenant entered into that certain Office Lease dated as of June 30, 2000 (the "ORIGINAL LEASE"), as supplemented by that certain Notice of Lease Term Dates dated December 21, 2000 (the "NOTICE OF LEASE TERM DATES") (the Original Lease and the Notice of Lease Term Dates together shall be referred to herein as the "LEASE"), for the lease by Tenant of certain premises located at 2800 and 2860 San Tomas Expressway, Santa Clara, California, as such leased premises are more particularly described in the Lease.
