This Addendum to the Agreement Between Fort Bend County and the Fort Bend History Association (“Addendum”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), and the Fort Bend History Association, (“FBHA”), formerly known as the Fort Bend County Museum Association, a non-profit organization authorized to do business in the State of Texas; (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties”).
