This communication has been created in an effort to ensure that mutual confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicitation, and non-circumvention issues are addressed and agreed to prior to the final contractual agreement being signed and released. It is done with the understanding that confidential information may need to be released prior to the signing of the agreement, and both Parties identified in this agreement would be in need of keeping information protected. We move forward with this respective venture with the assumption that both Parties have had their respective representatives review and sign this document for the record.
