This Donation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made this day of 2018, by and between Walton County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “County”); and Valerie Sherwood Ford, as an individual resident in the State of Florida and as Trustee of the Valerie Sherwood Ford Revocable Trust dated November 11, 2013 as amended (together with her heirs, successors and assigns, “Ford”). The County and Ford may each be referred to as a “Party” and together “Parties.”
