The Copado AI Platform Trial Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an addendum to an offline agreement between Copado, Inc. or its Affiliates (“Copado”) and Customer (“Customer” or “You”) governing Customer’s use of the Copado Services. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the terms in your offline agreement, these terms shall govern. If you do not have an agreement with Copado, this Agreement serves as a standalone agreement for Your trial of the Copado AI Platform. This Agreement is effective as of the date of acceptance of the Agreement. Copado and Customer are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
