This agreement shall cover outstanding balances for water service as well as any damage to any property located on the premises that belongs to Mt. Zion Water System. If outstanding balances are not paid within 30 days of final bill, no one will be able to reconnect the service until balance is paid and a lien could be placed on the property until debt is paid.
