TC3 shall exist for the primary purpose of delivering 9-1-1 service to the residents of the County, pursuant to the mission of, and in coordination with the ETSB and in accordance with the Emergency Telephone System Act, 50 ILCS 750/1 et seq. TC3 shall carry out the purposes of the Intergovernmental Agreement, entered into by and among the governmental entities party thereto, with an effective date of September 27, 2017 (as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof).
