The board of directors (the “Board of Directors”) of Awilco Drilling PLC (the “Company”), a public limited company under the laws of England and Wales and registered with the Companies House under the registration number 07114196, and with its shares (the “Shares”) listed on Oslo Børs under the ticker “AWDR”, has resolved to engage ABG Sundal Collier ASA, Clarksons Platou Securities AS and Fearnley Securities AS as Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners (collectively, the “Managers”), to advise on and effect a private placement (the “Private Placement”) of new Shares by the Company (the “Offer Shares”), raising gross proceeds of up to the NOK equivalent of ~USD 20 million, based on an authorisation to issue new Shares in the Company resolved at a Company’s general meeting held on 6 June 2018.
