THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of January, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CANAVERAL PORT AUTHORITY, an independent special taxing district and political subdivision of the State of Florida (“CPA”), whose address is 445 Challenger Road, Suite 301, Cape Canaveral, Florida 32920 and SCHINDLER ELEVATOR CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, whose address is 6631 N Belt Line Rd, Ste 130, Irving, TX 75063 (“VENDOR”). CPA and VENDOR are at times hereinafter referred to respectively as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
