This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of July 9, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), between Onvoy, LLC (“Onvoy”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, with offices at 10300 6th Avenue North, Plymouth, MN 55441 and Verizon Maryland LLC (“Verizon”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 (Verizon and Onvoy may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
