This agreement must be signed to allow participation in 2020 summer programs and will serve as your registration form once accepted into the program. Any application received after 5pm on November 20th , 2019 will be placed on a waiting list and entrance into a program will depend on availability. Registration is not guaranteed for any program due to limitedspace. Registration for these programs is not available online until December 2nd, 2019.
