This Food and Beverage Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 1st day of November, 2022 by and between the CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Nebraska (“City”), and SMG FOOD AND BEVERAGE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company d/b/a SAVOR (“SAVOR”).
