This Goods and Services Contract (“Contract”) for the Regional Parks 7-8 Playground and Structures Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of April 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Northwest Playground Equipment, Inc., a Washington corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
