This First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement dated July 1, 2022, by and between the County of Humboldt, a political subdivision of the State of California (“COUNTY”), and Redwood Regional Entertainment and Education Liaisons, Inc. (RREEL), i.e., who may collectively be referred to herein as the “Parties”, shall be effective on the date which this First Amendment is signed by both Parties.
